• We offer free shipping on all Prepaid Domestic Orders, and Cash on Delivery service is currently unavailable.

Order Modification

Return & Exchanges

• Due to the nature of food and consumable products, items cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason, once sold. Complaints must be raised within five days of product receipt.
• In case of a problem with the order please contact our customer care number via call or whatsapp and we will help you with further actions.
• Exceptions to this rule apply only if a product is damaged in transit, incorrect, or arrives in an unstable condition. In such cases, we will promptly replace the product.
• In case of a request for refund, we will provide you with shopping credits on our website or refund the amount to your original mode of payment within 7 working days based on your request.
• Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
