Spicy Paneer Bhurji

  1. Heat oil in a pan on medium heat. Add the chopped onion and green chili. Fry until the onions are translucent.
  2. Add the ginger-garlic paste and cook for a minute.
  3. Add the crumbled paneer and cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently, until slightly browned.
  4. Add the Jyoti Foods turmeric powder, red chili powder, roasted cumin powder and coriander powder. Stir well and cook for another minute.
  5. Season with salt to taste.
  6. Garnish with chopped fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with roti, paratha or naan.

  • For a richer bhurji, scramble an egg with the crumbled paneer before adding the spices.
