  1. Wash and chop the potatoes and cauliflower. If the cauliflower florets are large, cut them into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Heat oil in a pan or wok on medium heat. Add the chopped onion and green chili. Fry until the onions become translucent, around 3-4 minutes.
  3. Add the ginger-garlic paste and cook for another minute, stirring constantly.
  4. Add the chopped potatoes and cauliflower florets. Stir well to coat them with the oil and spices.
  5. Sprinkle the Jyoti Foods turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder and roasted cumin powder. Stir fry for 2-3 minutes, allowing the spices to release their aroma.
  6. Cover the pan and cook for 10-12 minutes, or until the potatoes and cauliflower are tender. Stir occasionally to ensure even cooking.
  7. Once cooked, add the Jyoti Foods garam masala powder (optional) and stir fry for another minute. This step adds a warm, aromatic depth to the dish.
  8. Season with salt to taste.
